This Privacy Statement describes how BidFoundry and the Site uses and protects the information you send us when you use the Site or when you use the services offered by BidFoundry. BidFoundry is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected under the Protection of Personal Information and Electronic Documents Act (S.C. 2000, c. 5). The information that may identify you and that you are required to provide when using the Site will be used only in accordance with this Privacy Policy. 1.Collected Information

1.1. When you subscribe to BidFoundry’s services, you will be asked to provide certain personal information (such as your name, email address, postal address, telephone number, or credit card information). If you choose not to provide requested personal information, we may not be able to process your order through the Site.

6.2.We will keep your identity data as long as your account is active or as long as necessary to provide services to you.We will retain and use your information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve conflicts and to implement our agreements.
